NordicMantra is grounded in a rare combination of lived experience across India and Denmark, with deep exposure to how social systems shape behaviour, communication, leadership, and trust at work.
"I have lived 30 years in India and the last 20 years in Denmark, working in the corporate sector at various levels. Over the years, I have observed and experienced first-hand the cultural gaps and how it can make simple things unnecessarily complex. That perspective makes it possible to translate what each side often cannot easily explain about itself and turn that understanding into practical value for professionals, teams, and organizations."
